You can never go wrong with socks at work ... just vocational.
There are still discussing whether it is appropriate, with open shoes. Can the professional clothes when the front must be kept open shoes suitable. Some people think the sandals (with or without heels) is too casual for the workplace.
At work I would be more worried about the sandals, which is appropriate, or even short skirts, I am concerned about the tights.
