Tories propose banning plasma TV (but of course, for a fee "small", can take home as plasma TVs as you want) - just to "keep London free of congestion, pollution, but for a contingent of" small " London newspapers can pollute as much s you like and take as many cars as you like London ... Is it the money is not easy to !!!!?? ????? wonderful?

If this is true, then it is time that the British people has courage and introduced herself by refusing to pay the fee if you have a fine, they say in court that would go to jail rather than fine to have , a plasma TV can not all put in prison.
That is what I would do if this law is still in force.
Taking into account a child to leave an earthquake, get fined £ 75 pounds.
