I was on the Norwegian Pearl, but I think the ship has a heated pool. I went to Alaska on the Sapphire Princess in 2007. The pools on board the vessel were heated, and was closed. You could the pools during the trip.
Alaska Southease probably not as cold in July. Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway and was comfortable enough, but if you cruise Glacier Bay or College Fjord is quite cold.

Yes, Alaska can actually be in the low seventies. The pools are heated.
